In a dispute between an Italian company and its Senegalese distributor over alleged defects in the machinery supplied, the Firm facilitated a conciliatory solution, safeguarding the commercial relationship and preventing the dispute from escalating.

We supported an Italian food company in recovering a significant debt from a Central African state, carrying out enforcement activities both locally and on assets traced in other countries.
