Giulia Davidoni joined the Trieste office of Zunarelli – Studio Legale Associato in May 2021.
She mainly operates in the fields of civil law, insurance law, international commercial law and criminal law providing both judicial and out-of-court advice and assistance.
In December 2017, she graduated in Law from the University of Trento “Universitas Athesina Studiorum” with a thesis in International Law entitled “I metodi di risoluzione delle controversie territoriali e marittime con particolare riguardo all’arbitrato internazionale”.
In April 2020, she obtained a Master of Laws (LL.M.) in International Legal Studies from the University of Vienna with a thesis in International Law entitled “The ICJ’s Contributions to the Settlement of the Post-Cold-War Balkan Conflicts”.
She has worked in the legal office of an international organization based in Vienna.
She is a member of the Trieste Bar Association since June 2023.

Assistance to an international client in the preliminary and subsequent stages of establishing a shipping company in Italy, handling the corporate, regulatory and operational aspects related to the start-up of the business. The assignment included the procedure for the recognition of academic qualifications and professional experience gained abroad by the legal representatives. - Civil law – Undue payments in the nautical sector
Legal assistance to an international client for the recovery of sums unduly paid in connection with the renovation of a yacht. The activity included document analysis, definition of the defence strategy and management of the litigation phases. - Corporate Law – Recapitalisation of joint-stock companies
Assistance to joint-stock companies in the process of reconstituting their share capital, which had fallen below the legal minimum. The activity included the analysis of possible regulatory and operational solutions and the assessment of the related implications. - Civil Law – Preliminary technical assessment in relation to a contract
Legal assistance to a client involved in a preliminary technical assessment in relation to a works contract. The work involved preparing a defence strategy aimed at obtaining a declaration of inadmissibility of the assessment and confirmation of the correct execution of the works. - International Commercial Law – Opposition to an injunction in relation to multimodal transport
Assistance to an international client in opposition proceedings against an injunction before an Italian court in relation to a multimodal transport contract. A counterclaim was filed to assert the applicant's breach of contract.
