Sabrina Gao has been working with the Shanghai office of Zunarelli – Studio Legale Associato since 2010.
She mainly works in the fields of commercial and corporate law, labour law, domestic and international contracts and tax law, as well as any other aspect related to the Chinese foreign direct investments legislation. She also provides advice and assistance in the registration and protection procedures of intellectual property rights and litigation before the Chinese judicial authorities, arbitration chambers or competent administrative bodies.
She graduated in law from Xiamen University in 2001.
She obtained a further master’s degree in civil law from the East China University of Political Science and Law in 2010.
She works as consultant on her practice areas for leading Italian or local business association (Unindustria, AICE, China Leather Association, Shanghai Boat Association) and cooperates on Italian and European Law with the Shanghai University and China Eastern University of Political Science and Law.
From September 2002 to August 2007, she worked as a notary assistant in Beijing.
Since June 2019, she has been part of the list of mediators registered at CCPIT (China Council for the Promotion of International Trade), participating in further training and updating courses for mediators held jointly by CCPIT and CEDR (Centre for Effective Dispute Resolution).
Before joining our Firm, she obtained the license to practice as a lawyer and worked as a professional in China.
