Our experience also includes assistance in extraordinary transactions involving personnel transfers and labour law due diligence.

The Firm assists companies in disputes relating to individual and collective dismissals, disciplinary sanctions, demotions, and transfers, as well as in cases brought by trade unions and proceedings pursuant to Article 28 of the Workers’ Statute.

The Firm offers daily advice on the proper management of employment relationships: contractual conditions, incentive plans, transfers, leaves, paid holidays, sickness, and maternity leave, as well as the drafting of company regulations.

The Firm conducts due diligence for extraordinary transactions (acquisitions, mergers, restructuring), assessing employment and social security risks and assisting in managing the impact on workforce.

We assists companies in restructuring processes, including complex ones, which involve business transfers, sales of business units, mergers, and consolidations, assessing the employment and trade union impacts.

The Firm offers assistance in the negotiation and formalization of consensual termination agreements, settlements for open disputes, company collective agreements, including those negotiated with trade unions, welfare plans, and proximity contracts.

The Firm supports clients in industrial relations, trade union consultation and information procedures, second-level bargaining, and the management of collective disputes and strikes.

We support companies in properly qualifying employment relationships, managing collaborations, self-employed workers, and project-based contracts, while addressing reclassification risks.

Specific assistance in managing executive employment relationships, including termination, non-competition agreements, supplemental allowances, and golden parachutes.

We support companies in introducing and regulating smart working, developing corporate policies regarding working hours, use of company devices, and personal data protection.
