From February 2011 to December 2019, Marcello Giordani collaborated with Zunarelli – Studio Legale Associato as a senior associate and head of the Labour Department at the Milan office. Since January 2020, he has been working as Of Counsel for the Firm.

He primarily operates in the field of labour law, handling both judicial and extrajudicial matters on behalf of companies and executives. He provides companies with labour law consultancy regarding employee management, disciplinary procedures, contracts drafting and implementation, labour relations, and dealings with Inspecting Bodies.

He obtained his Master’s Degree in Law from the University of Milan in March 2008, with a thesis titled “I danni punitivi”.

He has been a member of the Milan Bar Association since 2011.
