Studio Zunarelli reports the participation of Alberto Pasino, President of the Italian National Committee of the UIA (Union Internationale des Avocats), at the specialist seminar “Economic Sanctions in International and European Law – Trade Compliance and Litigation” held on March 16, 2026 at Villa Ruspoli, Florence.

Organized by the UIA School Italian Committee with the Department of Legal Sciences, University of Florence and Florence Bar Foundation for Continuing Education, the event examined corporate compliance, transnational litigation, and UN-EU economic sanctions, focusing on Italian Legislative Decree December 30, 2025, no. 211 (implementing EU Directive 2024/126) introducing criminal offenses for EU restrictive measures violations.
