Organized by the UIA School Italian Committee with the Department of Legal Sciences, University of Florence and Florence Bar Foundation for Continuing Education, the event examined corporate compliance, transnational litigation, and UN-EU economic sanctions, focusing on Italian Legislative Decree December 30, 2025, no. 211 (implementing EU Directive 2024/126) introducing criminal offenses for EU restrictive measures violations.
