On Blueconomy – Il Secolo XIX, Alberto Pasino comments on the changes introduced by Law No. 70 of 7 May 2026, with particular focus on Article 26-ter of Legislative Decree No. 171/2005. The provision imposes, for recreational craft flying a foreign flag and owned by Italian residents, the obligation to prove seaworthiness through certification issued by the flag State or, failing that, through an assessment by a notified technical body.
