Luigi Zumbo is Of Counsel at Studio Zunarelli, after having previously been partner at the international law firms Pirola Pennuto Zei & Associati (then part of the PwC-PricewaterhouseCoopers network), Willkie Farr & Gallagher LLP, Bryan Cave LLP and, most recently, SILS – Studio Italiano Legale e Societario.
Luigi Zumbo’s areas of expertise include corporate law, mergers and acquisitions, commercial distribution agreements, commercial litigation and arbitration, as well as restructuring and insolvency law and debt restructuring.
He has extensive experience in the automotive industry, advising leading European and Asian manufacturers on extraordinary transactions and on the restructuring of their distribution networks in Italy.
He is a frequent speaker at specialised seminars and conferences, on corporate restructuring and commercial distribution matters, among other topics.
He graduated from the University of Messina in 1988 and subsequently obtained a Master’s Diploma in Corporate Accounting from the Università Cattolica in Milan (1992), as well as a Graduate Diploma in Law (GDL) from BPP Law School in London (2006).
Luigi Zumbo is based in Milan and he also uses English as a working language.
