Valentina Saviotti has been collaborating with the Bologna office of Zunarelli – Studio Legale Associato since November 2012.
She assists companies primarily in out-of-court matters, focusing on drafting and reviewing various types of contracts at both national and international level.
She has also gained experience in aviation law and antitrust, providing advice and assistance mainly in litigation and arbitration proceedings.
Since joining the Firm, she has developed significant expertise in data protection and privacy law, supporting clients in assessing compliance with current regulations and advising on the implementation of tailored risk management systems.
She graduated in Law from the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna in 2011, with thesis in Communication Law titled “La pubblicità dei farmaci”.
She has been registered with the Bologna Bar Association since January 2015.

Assistance provided to an Italian company in obtaining compensation from a foreign contractor for damages resulting from breach of contract, as well as the physical delivery of plant parts unlawfully retained.

Litigation concerning the international shipment of goods by sea. Assistance to a company operating in the field of racetrack lighting in determining the liability of the freight forwarder who organised the transport by sea of parts of a lighting system intended for an international sporting competition.

First instance litigation relating to a bird strike. Assistance to a company providing air navigation services in determining the liability of the airport operator following a bird strike involving an aircraft belonging to an international airline.

Litigation concerning a private international tender for the award of works for the construction of an international oil pipeline.
