Anna Razzaboni joined the Bologna office of Zunarelli – Studio Legale Associato in January 2019.

She operates mainly in the field of administrative and public procurement law, maritime and port law, recreational boating law, transport and logistics law, providing judicial and extrajudicial advice and assistance at national and international level.

Anna Razzaboni co-hosts the podcast “On the road”, which explores topics related to mobility, infrastructure and transport.

She graduated in Law at the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna in October 2018, with a thesis in Administrative Law entitled “La rilevanza giuridica del tempo (e del mero ritardo) nel diritto amministrativo: le garanzie interne ed esterne alla pubblica amministrazione”.

She obtained a Master’s Degree in Economics and Law – CLAMED at the Alma Mater Studiorum – University of Bologna in March 2022, with a thesis in Corporate Law and Financial Markets entitled “Il voto di lista per l’elezione alle cariche sociali nelle società per azioni: l’analisi del meccanismo in una prospettiva comparata”.

She has been a member of the Bologna Bar Association since January 2022.

  1. Ports and Terminals – obligations arising from port concessions
    Legal assistance and out-of-court advice relating to proceedings aimed at verifying the correct fulfilment of obligations arising from the concession granted pursuant to Article 18 of Law 84/1994 to a terminal operator. Assignment on behalf of the Port System Authority.

  2. Real Estate, Construction and Infrastructure – motorway concessions
    Out-of-court advice on the examination of issues related to the operations and definition of the functions of an in-house company in the motorway sector, pursuant to sector regulations.

  3. Ports and Terminals – Due Diligence
    Legal assistance and out-of-court advice for a leading national company in the dry bulk port sector with a terminal network in central and northern Italy for the acquisition of the share capital of a terminal operator. Due diligence activities relating to aspects linked to maritime state authorisations and concessions held by the Target.

  4. Maritime Law – Administrative Litigation in Port Law
    Administrative litigation before the Regional Administrative Court in port matters and subsequent assistance in the preliminary ruling proceedings before the Court of Justice of the European Union. Assistance to a port company pursuant to Article 16 of Law 84/1994.

  5. Administrative Law – administrative litigation in construction matters
    Administrative litigation before the Regional Administrative Court in construction matters. Assistance to an Italian company operating in the public services sector. The dispute concerned an order for demolition and restoration of the site issued by a municipal administration.
