Stefano Zunarelli<\/strong><\/a> \u2013 former arbitrator of the <em>Guangzhou Arbitration Commission<\/em> \u2013 as arbitrator of the SCIA.<\/p>\n<p>During the meeting, the importance of the Shenzhen area was emphasized. The area\u2019s growing economy, also favored by its strategic geographic location, lays the foundation for a promising \u2013 and increasingly strong \u2013 cooperation with Italy, both in terms of trade and, consequently, of dialogue in the context of arbitration procedures.<\/p>\n<p>As regards the latter aspect, the signing of the Memorandum of Understanding between the two arbitration chambers further confirmed the willingness of both countries to enhance the cooperation, in order to activate a joint action aimed at sharing and adopting a common approach in the context of international trade and dispute resolution.<\/p>\n<p>On the occasion of his appointment, <a href=\"https:\/\/studiozunarelli.com\/en\/prof-avv-stefano-zunarelli\/\"><strong>Prof. Avv.
