{"id":43192,"date":"2021-11-02T13:44:41","date_gmt":"2021-11-02T13:44:41","guid":{"rendered":"https:\/\/studiozunarelli.com\/2025\/10\/02\/china-launched-the-registration-platform-for-foreign-exporters-of-food-products\/"},"modified":"2026-02-17T11:59:57","modified_gmt":"2026-02-17T11:59:57","slug":"china-launched-the-registration-platform-for-foreign-exporters-of-food-products","status":"publish","type":"post","link":"https:\/\/studiozunarelli.com\/en\/china-launched-the-registration-platform-for-foreign-exporters-of-food-products\/","title":{"rendered":"China launched the registration platform for foreign exporters of food products"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>In view of the imminent entry into force of the <em>\u201cRegulation of the People\u2019s Republic of China on the Registration and Management of Overseas Manufacturers of Imported Food\u201d \u2013 Decree no. 248 <\/em>(<a href=\"https:\/\/studiozunarelli.com\/en\/how-to-do-business-in-china\/exporting-food-to-china-gacc-issues-two-new-regulations\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">Exporting food to China: GACC issues two new Regulations<\/a>) &#8211;\u00a0 planned for the 1<sup>st<\/sup> January 2022, the Chinese competent authority published the registration platform for foodstuffs manufacturing, processing and storage foreign enterprises intended to export their products within the Chinese territory.<\/p>\n<p>Starting from the 1<sup>st<\/sup> November, all food exporters not included in the following categories \u2013 meat and meat products, casings, seafood products, dairy products, bird\u2019s nest, bee products, eggs and eggs products, edible oils and fats, filled pasta, edible cereals, grain mill industrial products and malt, fresh and dehydrated vegetables and dried beans, seasonings, nuts and seeds, dried fruit, unroasted coffee beans and cocoa beans, special products for dietary purposes and health products \u2013 which will be subject to a registration recommended by the competent authority of the home country \u2013 can proceed with the required registration through the platform \u201c<a href=\"https:\/\/www.singlewindow.cn\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\">single window<\/a>\u201d.<\/p>\n<p>The enterprise or its importer can directly manage the registration procedure.
