The presentation of the project RESET \u2013concerning the procedures of over-indebtedness provided for by Law no. 3 of 27 January 2012\u2013 took place on 21 October 2016 at the Sala Icaro of Zunarelli\u2019s Bologna office.<\/p>\n
During the meeting Massimo Campailla, Alberto Pasino and other RESET Professionals gave a complete and updated reading of the rules introduced by the law on the subject of over-indebtedness, examining the main applicative problems and good practices for the preparation of the \u201cplan for the consumer\u201d (i.e. scheduled repayment plan), of the restructuring agreement and of the winding-up procedure.<\/p>\n
In a social context in which the over-indebtedness of families is increasing day by day RESET has taken up the challenge of finding solutions and procedures to manage -at the highest levels and at minimum cost- the state of serious financial imbalance in which millions of Italians live.<\/p>\n
