• we have provided extrajudicial advice to Entrepreneurs who wanted to start the business of travel consultants, with deepening in regional legislation of the sector;
• we have represented many tour operators in liability claims filed against them by travelers;
• we have handled several disputes between tour organizers and the involved insurance companies;
• we have acted for several tour operators in disputes connected to the granting or denial of authorizations;
• we have provided advice on the purchase of travel agencies by foreign groups.
