Andrea Giardini, Senior Partner of the Firm, gave a presentation on “The role of contract law and corporate forms” at the meeting on internationalization and on the role of the professional alongside companies organized by Associazione dei Dottori Commercialisti e degli Esperti Contabili delle Tre Venezie, which was held in Dossobuono (Verona) on 27th January 2017.
Filippo Maria Invitti, Chartered Accountant and President of the Association VICINA, was the moderator of the meeting. The seminar brought together, as speakers, Prof. Francesco Montanari, of the G. D’Annunzio University of Chieti-Pescara, Dr. Alessio Gambino CEO of IBS Italia srl and Founder of Exportiamo.it., expert in international trade and internationalization processes, and Dr. Roberto Corciulo, Head of IC&Partners Spa.
