Professor Stefano Zunarelli has been appointed President of the Awarding Committee that will have to evaluate tenders received following the European call for tender issued by Invitalia Partecipazioni S.p.a. (operational instrument of the Agenzia Nazionale per l’Attrazione degli Investimenti e dello Sviluppo d’Impresa S.p.A., the National Agency for Inward Investment and Economic Development which is in turn owned by the Ministry of Economic Development) for the assignment of its shares of several concession holding companies of tourist ports.
The Committee established on 31 July 2015, also including Professor Mario Sebastiani (Professor of Economics of Competition and Market Regulation at the University of Rome Tor Vergata) and Dr. Ermanno Sgaravato (consultant for Italian and international bank institutions and member of apical bodies of companies in extraordinary administration), will evaluate tenders -which have been submitted as a result of the public tender procedure- for the purchase of 100% of Trieste Navigando, 100% of Marina di Portisco S.p.a. (Sardinia), 51% of the Porto delle Grazie di Roccella Ionica (Calabria), 49% of the tourist port of Capri (Campania) and 32% of the Marina d’Arechi (Campania).
