The National Convention of the International Propeller Club Italy, which has recently taken place in Taranto, has been a successful and lively one and has ended with the unanimous reappointment of Umberto Masucci (President of the Propeller Club Port of Naples) as President. Fabrizio Zerbini (President of the Propeller Club Port of Trieste) and Alberto Pasino (Vice-president of the Propeller Club Port of Trieste) have also been reappointed vice-president and member of the National Board Committee, respectively.
During the Convention, the Italian minister of Infrastructure and Transport, Graziano Delrio, expressed his satisfaction in relation to the results that are being achieved through the ports legislation amendment, which was enacted one year ago. The results were also confirmed by President Masucci, who encouraged the operators “to positively react to this amendment” and to keep on moving in this direction and assured that the Propeller Club will “always be in the forefront”.
