Alberto Pasino will be one of the speakers at the International Seminar, jointly organized by UIA (Union Internationale de Avocats) and the Law Faculty of the University of Bologna, on “Forum Selection Clauses in International Contracts” which will take place in Bologna, Via Zamboni 22 (venue: Sala delle Armi of the Law Faculty of the University of Bologna) on 30 September 2016 from 3 p.m. to 7 p.m.
During the seminar the speakers, coming from different European countries, will discuss the trends in different legal systems as to choice of forum clauses, and will provide an overview of the significant changes recently introduced by the Hague Convention on Choice of Court Agreements, together with its interaction with the recast of Brussels I Regulation.
Alberto Pasino will give a presentation on “Forum selection clauses in international transport contracts”.
