At the Conference organized by the Law Department of the University of Bergamo, several professors examined the legal state of the “airport art”, especially attempting to clarify if a new intervention of the Italian Legislator on the aeronautical part of the Navigation Code is needed on the subject of airports, ten years after the previous amendments and in light of the regulatory measures issued by the EU. On this occasion, Stefano Zunarelli delivered a speech entitled “Evolutionary profiles of airport management models”.
