- we are regularly instructed by Italian enterprises and by multinationals in the negotiation, drafting, and possible litigation, of agency, warehousing, distribution, supply, road haulage and multimodal transport contracts; of lease of business, confidentiality and business brokerage agreements; and of the general terms and conditions of contracts for the purchase and sale of goods and services;
- we have advised and represented an Italian exporter in a dispute against American contractors and against a leading European bank regarding the supply of products intended for a significant real estate development project;
- we have assisted an Italian contractor with regard to the call on a performance guarantee within an international project;
- we have acted for a multinational in the negotiation and drafting of a settlement agreement with another multinational concerning the claim for damages caused by the contamination of large stocks of commodities;
- we have acted for a multinational in the negotiation and drafting of exchange contracts of mortgaged real estate in favor of foreign banks;
- we have acted for a multinational in the negotiation and drafting of a software licence contract with one of the leading multinationals in the sector;
- we have assisted a start-up in the negotiation and drafting of a contract for the development of a software for mobile devices;
- we have represented an Italian enterprise in a Court dispute against its American principal to obtain the payment of its agent fees, the termination indemnity and the compensation for damages arising from want of notice;
- we have assisted a company that provides services of general interest in an Italian port in the drafting of forms and model contracts for the granting to freight forwarders of the credentials to access the port IT platform;
- we have acted for a foreign company in the acquisition of an Italian company operating in the engineering and geology planning and consultancy sectors and in the production and trade of geotechnical and technical equipment.
