After successfully attending a master’s degree course in Law and Economics of Transport and Logistics at the Law Faculty of the University of Bologna in 2006, Vincenzo Gelao has been an Associate of the Zunarelli Law Firm since January 2013.
He gives legal assistance both on a national and international level. His areas of practice particularly refer to transport, maritime, commercial and civil law.
He assists, judicially and extra judicially, companies operating in the sector of freight forwarding, transport and logistics.
He advises in issues concerning multimodal, sea and land transport and international freight forwarding as well as yachting.
He has gained significant experience in the issues concerning the recognition of the minimum operating costs pursuant to art. 83 bis Law 133/2008 and related to the direct action pursuant to art. 7 ter Legislative Decree 286/2005, as well as on the theme of cabotage and illegal road transport of goods.
Vincenzo Gelao graduated in Law from the University of Bari (Italy) in 2005 with a dissertation on Sea Law entitled “The precautionary arrest of foreign sea-going ship”. He has been a member of the Bari Bar Association since 2011.
