Elisabetta Sgattoni was born in Teramo on August 26^th 1982 and achieved her undergraduate degree in Law from the University of Bologna in 2005 writing a dissertation in Criminal Law on “Co-operation and liability within the branch of medical therapy implementation: progress within the supreme judiciary rulings” supervised by Professor Canestrari. She achieved her University degree with honors in 2008 discussing her thesis in commercial law, on the purchase of self-emitted stocks and the new Italian statute on market abuse, supervised by Professor Costi. She has been part of the Z&A team in Bologna since late 2008.
Elisabetta Sgattoni is a member of the Bologna Bar Association.
