Prof. Stefano Zunarelli, Franco Fiorenza and Andrea Giardini have successfully represented Cosepuri Soc. Coop. in a proceeding before the Regional Administrative Court (TAR) of Bologna, concerning the participation in a tender launched by the Municipality of Bologna for the concession to operate school transport services for disabled students for the 2015-2017 two year term, with a contract starting price of approximately 700,000 Euros.
The award of the contract to Cosepuri was challenged by the company who came second, and who had been up to then providing the service.
The Regional Administrative Court of Bologna, however, dismissed the appeal, first by means of order concerning the application for interim injunction, and then by judgment dated 13 July 2015.
