Professor Stefano Zunarelli, organized a lectio magistralis which was held at the University of Bologna on 15 June 2015 by Prof. Nicholas Gaskell, Professor of Maritime and Commercial Law – Marine and Shipping Law Unit (MASLU) -TC Beirne School of Law, The University of Queensland – Australia.
The lectio magistralis, entitled “The electronic bill of lading”, analyzed the evolution of the process of dematerialization of negotiable instruments and, in particular, the role and importance of the electronic bill of lading in international trade.
