Avv. Alberto Pasino

Alberto Pasino是律所的创始合伙人之一。

他自1996年开始担任律所里亚斯特办公室的合伙人。在2006年，他在上海开设律所的上海办公室，并在上海居住多年，现在虽然回到意大利，但与上海办公室仍紧密合作。

他是律所的董事会成员之一。

他擅长的领域是海事法和交通运输法、民商法、诉讼和仲裁。

在涉及码头运营商责任、多式联运、海陆交通运输、国际货运代理、游艇和建筑合同的诉讼和仲裁方面他拥有丰富的执业经验。他还可以为涉及中国的外国直接投资和与国际贸易提供咨询服务和协助。

Alberto Pasino律师是很多协会组织的积极分子：他是国际律师联盟（UIA）和法制研究协会(ASLA)Friuli Venezia Giulia区的代表，同时也担任后者运输委员会的协调员；他还是意大利海事法协会(AIDIM)的成员。

他在大学主持召开关于交通运输法、海事法法和国际商法的研讨会，开设硕士学位课程，并就在上述领域发表众多学术论文。

他一直以来是意大利基础设施和交通部专家委员会成员之一，参加意大利游艇法的起草工作。.

欧洲律师联合会将他列为意大利航运领域广受认可的执业律师。

1992年他在博洛尼亚大学取得了法律学位，1995年成为的里亚斯特律师协会成员，2008年取得意大利最高法院出庭律师资格。
